Homemade roasted pork medallions over barley from Fred Bueltmann’s (of New Holland Brewing) book “beervangelist’s Guide to the Galaxy: a Philosophy of Food & Drink”. The beer marinaded pork is stuffed with a raison, cranberry and fresh basil mixture.

Homemade cherry-wood smoked duck breast with a drizzle of honey cherry sauce, fresh broccoli, and a sweet potato risotto with maple syrup, homegrown onions and homemade brown chicken stock; served with a glass of Moonlight Meadery’s mead.
