Homemade roasted pork medallions over barley from Fred Bueltmann’s (of New Holland Brewing) book “beervangelist’s Guide to the Galaxy: a Philosophy of Food & Drink”. The beer marinaded pork is stuffed with a raison, cranberry and fresh basil mixture.
