With the vaccine available, it seems a good time to safely (with facemasks and hand sanitizer at the ready) get out and support breweries & restaurants both near and far, ever in search of delicious beer and food pairings.

Had a blast and learned at lot on this “field trip” to St. Louis, Missouri sampling great brews & good food at Urban Chestnut Brewing Co., the famous Schlafly Tap Room, and sampling sours at Side Project Cellar!
